For the linear system of neutral functional differential equations with the mixed initial condition an optimization problem of initial element is investigated in the case of nonlinear boundary conditions and functional. Necessary conditions of optimality are proved: for initial moment and delays in the form of equalities and inequalities, for initial functions in the form of integral maximum principle.
