analytical formula of recultivation process dependency on physiographic factors (for Chiatura district) has been worked out for the first time through the model of multi-factor regressive analysis, what in its turn will enable us to forecast the dynamics and functioning of technogenic landscapes with maximum accuracy in the conditions of statistic material stability
