Annotation:
The electronic absorption spectra of o-nitroaniline in solutions of polyoxyethylene (4) lauryl ether (Brij 30) and sodium 1,4-bis (2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate (AOT) in hexane have been recorded. The influence of concentration of surfactants, water, additives of kosmotropic and chaotropic anions on the shift of absorption maxima of o-nitroaniline was investigated. The binding of o-nitroaniline to the reverse micellar interface was estimated by using of UV-visible spectroscopy.
