Synthesis and investigation of properties of comb-type polymers for solid polymer electrolytes

Annotation:

Hydrosilylation reaction of 2.4.6.8-tetrahydro-2.4.6.8-tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4H) with electro donor group containing allyl butyrate, allyl acetoacetate and vinyltriethoxysilane , in the presence of platinum (Pt/C, H2PtCl6, Karstedt’s) catalysts have been studied and D4R and D4R,R’ type compounds have been synthesized. By polymerization and co-polymerization reactions of D4R and D4R,R’type organocyclotetrasiloxanes with terminated agent – hexamethyldisiloxane comb-type organosilicon polymers with regular structure have been obtained. It was established that in copolymerization reaction by varying of ratio of terminated agent it is possible the regulation of molecular masses of obtained polymers. Comb-type polymers have been obtained also via hydrosilylation reaction of polymethylhydrosiloxanes with allyl butyrate and vinyltriethoxysilane at various ratios of initial compounds. Via sol-gel processes of doped with Lithium salts polymer systems transparent solid polymer electrolyte membranes have been obtained.
