Peculiarities of Development of the Middle Jurassic Magmatism of Georgia

Annotation:

In the Jurassic period, on the territory of Georgia a volcanic-plutonic association was formed. In the Bajocian age the basaltic volcanic activity was followed by the development of synorogenic multi-phase intrusives. According to definite features, we have grouped the intrusive bodies into the intrusive complexes allowing to establish the peculiarities of the development of intrusive magmatism.
